Welcome New Brothers to Council 10313

The picture is of 2 new knights at the Exemplification hosted by the Resurrection Council, on December 19 accompanied by other members of 10313. The new knights are brother Titus (fourth from the left) and brother Anthony (second from the right). Titus’s full name is Obina Titus Abanina and Anthony is Anthony Ngene.
