SASK KofC Charitable Foundation – Calendar Sales

Dear Brother Knights,
I hope this finds you all enjoying the warmth of Fall and the bringing in of a
bountiful harvest. Time does not stand still for anyone and seems to be going
faster and faster every day.
Now that summer has passed and we are back in the swing of routine, it’s time
to reconnect with all of you at Council level.
Thank you to all who have purchased the Sask K of C Charitable Foundation
Cash Calendars thus far and this is a gentle reminder to get all ticket stubs into
Gerry Gieni as soon as you have your 20 in sequence sold. This is essential so
that come December Gerry will not have a backlog of entries to post in
preparation for the draw to begin January 2025.
The Cash Calendar has been a terrific avenue for council fundraising and for
Saskatchewan Knights of Columbus advertising our commitment to our
Charitable Works in our communities.
As of today, we are almost three quarters sold out of the 5000 calendars we
ordered. I am asking each and every council to put a little extra push on sales
so that we could possibly have this remaining 1600 sold by the end of
September. I know we can do this, and I am counting on you to do your best
to support our Foundation.
The Saskatchewan Knights of Columbus Charitable Foundation has been
successful because of the unwavering support that every council in
Saskatchewan has shown for its success. We as a body of men must take
ownership of our Foundation and promote, advertise, and support it at all
times.
