Christian Persecution Updates!

Greetings in Jesus’s name
We continue to pray for the Christian community of about 5000 in Jaranwala, Pakistan where a false accusation of blasphemy erupted into these poor day workers’ homes and belongings set ablaze. See the stories and video at https://capc.life/mob-sets-churches-christian-community-ablaze Another three Christian communities have been attacked in a similar manner following the first incident. Our partner ground has paid solidarity visits to the victim families of this attack and the burnt Houses and Churches. CAPC will facilitate emergency food aid relief and vows to play an important role in the rehabilitation process of the affected Churches and houses. We worship a mighty God and redeemer, who can turn around and “buy back” situations that the enemy of our souls means for destruction. Let’s pray that these extreme incidents would spark an outrage among the regular population in Pakistan, as well as in government leaders to be the instigator for REAL CHANGES in policies. Perpetrators need to face the full justice of the applied penalties in order to be deterrents for further acts of violence and injustice, instead of being emboldened by the lack of consequences currently being seen.
Please continue to pray for the Arzoo Raja family for their safety in Pakistan. We still need further funds for their relocation.
This morning God led me to pray Psalm 31 over her and our other persecuted brothers and sisters: Please feel free to pray with us:
O Lord, I have come to you for protection;
Don’t let me be disgraced.
Save me, for you do what is right.
Turn your ear to listen to me;
rescue me quickly.
Be my rock of protection,
a fortress where I will be safe.
You are my rock and my fortress.
For the honour of your name, lead me out of this danger.
Pull me from the trap my enemies set for me,
for I find protection in you alone.
I entrust my spirit into your hand.
Rescue me, Lord, for you are a faithful God.
