CAPC response to Jaranwala
Dear bother knights,
In Jaranwala Pakistan, on 17 August 2023, 320 Christian houses and 21 Churches were attacked and ablaze by an Islamic mob, In total 2000 individuals and 500 families were affected. The news sparked of two Christians tearing the pages of the Holy Quran.
CAPC raised an appeal for funds to facilitate emergency relief, On August 29 CAPC sent a small team to visit the affected families and share the food aid among the victim families. Here is the report link https://capc.life/relief-efforts-response-to-destruction-at-jaranwala/
Further, by this Christmas, CAPC plans to support 50 affected families in recovery and rehabilitation.
