The Saskatchewan Knights of Columbus, in accordance with applicable privacy laws, is committed to protecting the privacy of its members, volunteers and officers and any other persons about or from whom the Saskatchewan Knights of Columbus collects information.

Access to personal information is restricted to those Saskatchewan Knights of Columbus volunteers who need to know in the course of their duties. Access to personal information will also be granted, where the Saskatchewan Knights of Columbus is legally required to release the information and provided that disclosure does not violate any applicable statutes to the person to whom the information pertains where there is an appropriate written request. The use and disclosure of personal information will be granted within a reasonable amount of time.
Challenging Compliance, Complaints or inquiries about the collection, use, disclosure or retention of personal information and the Saskatchewan Knights of Columbus compliance with these set principles should be directed to the Privacy Officer. This Privacy Office will investigate complaints and ensure appropriate measures are taken.
